What does this mean to a focussed spiritual inquest?
It means that our inquest to know the divine energy fully will never end. In fact, in a different context we can only address that divine energy as a ‘Divine Manifest’, because it is wrong to conclude that it is an energy. We are just limited by our constraints imposed by the language and hence I settled for a term called ‘Divine Energy’.
Is it what is proposed in the Quantum Theories? – Neti-Neti
Is it what is proposed as the god particle? – Neti-Neti
Is it a central grand intelligence? – Neti-Neti
Is God a person, a tangible entity? – Neti -Neti
Is the theory of evolution real? - Neti-Neti
Etc.,
The scientific quest will never end if it is trying to be decisive. That is the beauty of this divine manifest - It will never allow the human (or any other species), in-pursuit of excellence to end.
I have always proposed that for an effect to take place there may be more than one reason, driving the karmic engine and balancing the karmas. Besides, the Great Divine Manifest may also complement by blessing the human endeavour/exertion in discovering new innovations, discoveries, inventions, ideations etc., Hence, I think, it is advisable to seek the blessing of this Divine Manifest before embarking on each of our endeavours.
There may be multiple truthful faiths in pursuit of excellence.
There may be multiple valid truthful theories & proofs of scientific body of knowledge discovered while in pursuit of excellence.
There may be multiple value systems of spiritual knowledge while in pursuit of excellence. That probably is why the principles of Advaita, Dwaitha and Vishishtadvaita - all will make sense in a way.
In the entire span of existence of this universe, and more specifically in the entire history of human existence, there would have been several spectacular awakening moments in the field of science, maths, philosophy, economics, administration, spirituality etc., where a deeply profound truth has been espoused. But what we know is that it is – Neti-Neti too! We will probably never know the full entirety of the Great Divine Manifest – but keep discovering it part by part in an infinitely inexhaustible quest for excellence.
